Your Role:
Field Clinical Marketer is directly responsible for supporting technologies in the ICU-focused medical technologies, including emerging critical care solutions. This role bridges clinical expertise with marketing strategy, ensuring effective engagement with healthcare professionals and optimizing product positioning in intensive care settings. The ideal clinical candidate will possess a strong understanding of ICU environments, medical technology trends, and the ability to translate clinical insights into compelling marketing initiatives. This individual will have direct contact with healthcare professionals.
What you'll be doing:
Subject matter expert in Vantive’s Acute Emerging Therapies products and therapies.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and segmentation related to products
Conduct hospital visits to ICU units, collaborating with intensivists, nephrologists, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, hospital administrators, lab personnel and other key stakeholders
Market Landscape activities to enhance knowledge and understanding of emerging therapies
Partner with product teams to refine clinical messaging, ensuring alignment with strategy and demands.
Gather ongoing clinical feedback from frontline healthcare professionals and internal data to support continuous product/education improvement.
Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and healthcare policies impacting ICU’s
Coordinate with medical to support collaborations and therapy development
Create education content and deliver educational sessions, product demonstrations, and clinical workshops to highlight the benefits and safe/effective use of products– internal and external. Support sales teams in developing targeted campaigns and therapy development for healthcare systems and providers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
Collaborate with global marketing
Product management for key products in the portfolio. Liaise with demand planning, supply chain and logistics
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or related healthcare field
Major specialties: Critical care, Intensive Care, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
5+ Years of Critical Care experience
Critical Care certificate
Strong understanding of intensive care workflows, medical devices, and patient safety protocols.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ICU clinicians and hospital decision-makers.
Proficiency in medical technology sales platforms, CRM systems, and healthcare analytics tools.
Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities and industry conferences up to 75%.
Nice to have:
Advanced degree in Nursing or healthcare related field
Prior experience with Medical technology and marketing
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000 to $120,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
