【職務概要】

・顧客からの電話による問い合わせ対応 

・医療機器等、問い合わせに関する記録の作成

・医療機器の緊急出荷手配 

・苦情、有害事象報告

【職務内容】

・法律、規制、社内ルール等に従い医療機器トラブル対応、操作説明、緊急出荷等を行う 

・顧客からの機器トラブルやお問い合わせに関し電話でサポートを行う（365日24時間対応） 

・機器故障と判断した場合、緊急出荷手配を行う 

・製品に関する苦情、有害事象情報を入手した際、関係者へ報告を行う 

・コミュニケーション能力、協調性、柔軟性 

・GMP、QMS、医療機器販売業・賃貸業及び製品知識の習得 

・会社・部門の決定事項の実行
