Summary:
The Sales Therapy Specialist would be responsible for driving the generation and growth of product and medical device sales within the designated geographical area through regular customer visits. The role focuses on achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales objectives, influencing key criteria to successfully differentiate and support tender processes, and implementing agreed marketing strategies. In addition, the Sales Therapy Specialist would be responsible for providing therapy‑related education, training, and support for products and services to hospitals and clinical institutions, while effectively managing allocated expenses in line with the approved annual plan.
This is a temporary position intended to provide maternity leave cover.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue, sales, & qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned PD therapies his/her geographical area.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers & plan visits with them. Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare, implement and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by Vantive.
- Plan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes.
- Propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for Vantive.
- Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of Vantive product portfolio and its benefits.
- Responsible for providing HCPs with training, assistance and follow-up in the management of Vantive therapies and products and for providing healthcare professionals (HCP) with ongoing education and training, clinical expertise.
- Capture and maintain all relevant sales and customer data. Gather all possible information on market intelligence and competitor activities to help anticipate competitive moves.
- Deal with customer complaints & implement corrective actions, Continuously assess the market for new customers / opportunities / risk for PD products.
- Participate in congresses and other customer events. Provide customer (HCP) training support / assistance where needed.
- Works closely with marketing, medical and functions (CS, RA, QA, TS, PV and Finance)
- Identify tender renewal and respond to tenders with support of Head of Country Sales, Marketing and Tender dpt.
- Proper internal and external flow of communication and coordination.

- Comply with regulations and standards as well as country specific requirements.
- Financial responsibility: Achievement of revenue and profit targets
- Languages Skills: Excellent mother tongue and good level of English written and spoken.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor/s degree required. Nursing, scientific or medical,/ paramedical degree - strong scientific background
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within Healthcare industry / Hospital environment/ Medical Sales.
- Having working experience promoting to Nephrologists, Intensivists, Hospital Pharmacists will be considered as additional asset.
