Purpose of the Role

Support Marketing and Sales teams in executing commercial activities, contributing to marketing initiatives, sales operations, and business analysis while developing core commercial competencies.

Key Responsibilities/ Activities/ Roles

Marketing Support

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support creation, adaptation and update of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digital assets)
• Support events, congresses, and training coordination – equipment, materials surveys, …
• Collect and organize market and competitor information

Sales Support

• Assist Sales team with reporting, dashboards, documentation
• Understand CRM BOOST (accounts, activities, opportunities)
• Contribute to preparation of customer presentations and tender documentation
• Support follow‑up of commercial initiatives and action plans

Business & Cross‑Functional Support

• Work collaboratively with Marketing Spain Team and Sales Portugal Team in articulation with the Business Assistant
• Assist with internal communications and documentation

Education & Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, others.)
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Advanced user of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Digital and IA experienced
