Position:Sr. Maintenance Technician (Utility)

Section:Utility Maintenance

Location:Nikom Amata City Rayong

Work Condition:Day/ Night Shift and Overtime

Job Scope: Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of facility & utility equipment; routine operation and maintenance for utility equipment such asBoilers, Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Treatment System, HVAC, and Pest Control.Involve and monitor plant upgrading projects by external contractors.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility equipment (Preventive Maintenance).

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical/electrical issues.

• Keep equipment records and report issues.

• Support production schedules and minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance processes.

• Perform minor mechanical installation works.

• Modification of machine’s control in order to achieve higher efficiency and productivity and prevent downtime.

• Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

• Ensure that all Thai FDA, GQP and ISO13485 and EHS regulation are always followed.

Qualifications:

• High Vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical or related field. (ปวช./ปวส.)

• At least Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Utility maintenance related jobs (Electrical and Mechanical related aspects).

• Experienced in Boilers, Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Treatment System, HVAC, and Pest Control are a plus.

• Must be able to work as SHIFT (Night & Day)

• Must be able to understand Vantive’s specifications and SOPs (Operation, EHS, Quality, GMP)

• Must be able to analysis, troubleshoot and fix during equipment breakdown.

• Must be able to work with other functions to achieve one team one goal.
