Responsibilities:

Market Analytics

  • Lead and drive BU level analytical support such as but not limited to: VBP analysis, Launch Excellence, Market Intelligence, Performance Data Visualization, etc.
  • Provide analytical insights support to the market and recommend, define and implement unique and innovative business analytics plans that generate insights and influence business priorities and objectives
  • Qualify and quantify business opportunities, including communicating results and recommendations.
  • Communicate with sales and market on business findings and insight in order to make data-based business decisions

Business Excellence

  • Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adoption of best practices. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress. Coordinate Business performance and project performance measurements. Identify best practices through performance and data analysis. 
  • Lead and drive performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the implementation of best practices through a rigorous approach of standardization. Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational excellence maturity, linked to strategic goals, while working collaboratively with leaders to leverage best practices (internal and external). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence. Co-Facilitate workshops and provide coaching to identify process improvement opportunities. Foster alignment and increase organizational effectiveness by promoting constructive and collaborative relationships. Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Identify areas for process optimization and lead initiatives to streamline workflows. Based on business needs, provide targeted and customized guidance & support to improve performance and/or reduce impact in an autonomous capacity. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceuticals, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of commercial, strategy and/or research/analytics experience, experience with budget and resource allocation management preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry. 
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
