Roles and responsibilities:
n Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as divisional mission and strategies
n Work closely with Global and regional cross-functional team to ensure the success of assigned new product launch and Acute geo-expansion projects
n Ensure the best marketing mix (branding, positioning, pricing, training, launching) before the assigned new product go live
n Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
n Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives annually
n Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
n Develop critical relationships with national Key Opinion Leaders and other allied health care professionals.
n Collaborate with cross function teams, particularly collaborate with medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment, GA team to develop the communication material and lobby experts for market access success
n Provide product knowledge to internal clients and external channel partner
n Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts with plan
Requirements:
n Bachelor's degree and above in medical/pharmaceutical, or master degree (non-medical) from 985/211; with effective communication skills for engaging clinical Key Opinion Leaders.
n 3-5 years of marketing experience in pharmas (at least 1-2 years in central marketing)
n Able to create program or solution initiated to engage product continuous growth and drive market
n Open-minded, optimistic and think in a win-win way; Happy to collaborate with other team members and cross-functional colleagues
n Be able to work independently with initiatives to drive the business but also able to provide feedback to the management on the outcome or results
n Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions, set strategies and direction but also strong in following up on the execution part
n Proven track on leading/executing complex projects with a cross-functional team
n Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer issues, provide solutions or feedback for future product development. Good capability in strategic thinking/planning
n English level needed: workable
