Summary

Focus on technical support and lab validation and verification on disposables product development and business support for China market. 

Requirements:

·       Engaged within the team. Support SME and perform verification and validation of different products and concepts in lab

·       Applies creative thinking  and team work to resolve issues and conflicts. Proposes and drives solutions to moderately complex technical problems.

·       Has an understanding of clinical and user needs and is able to apply to product realization.

·       Able to apply technical risk mitigation tools and execute mitigation strategies within area of responsibility.

·       Demonstrates understanding of and adherence to FDA, ISO and NMPA design control procedures, regulations and standards of class II/III disposables

·       Growing Effective communication – both written and verbal

Qualifications:

·       Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese

·       Good interpersonal and organizational skills, project management skills, and demonstrating a willingness to take ownership

·       Utilize a logical, methodical approach independently solving problems, developing solutions, and making recommendation

·       Knowledge of polymer/material/Injection molding/extruded and disposables devices Experience in the medical device industry

Education and/or Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-5 years related development experience or Master’s degree in engineering and 2 years related development experience.

·       Experience with product development and registration support, especially in the design of disposable/medical device and/or pharmaceutical packaging
