Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Establish the standard operating condition and SOP’s for the production line to meet the customer and company requirement.

制定标准的操作条件和SOP，使生产线符合公司和客户的要求。

2.      Lead the program of product development (including protocol, validations) and defects elimination to support shift staff.

组织进行产品开发（包括机器、产品的验证），消除缺陷以支持班组的工作。

3.      Coordinate with engineering to ensure high efficiency and reliability of production equipment. Propose recommendation for improvement.

做好同工程部的协调工作，给出建议性的改进方案，确保生产设备高效、安稳地运行。

4.      Improve and maintain the process of batch record

维护并改善批记录的流程。

5.      Highly participate the investigation of complaint and initiate program of prevention from root cause in operation area.

对客户的投诉予以高度的重视，寻找解决根本问题的方案。

6.      Train supervisors and their subordinators on SOP’s, quality management system, and other operation disciplines so as to standardize the production performance.

对主管和其下属进行SOP、质量管理系统运行程序的培训。

7.      Perform regular analysis for the performance of production line (including quality, product output, raw material consumption, labor efficiency, energy consumption), offer recommendation to enhance the area and Key spare parts preparations and machine PM.

对生产过程进行定性分析（包括质量、瓶量、原材料消耗、劳动效率、能耗），并提供出更好运作的建议和关键备品备件的准备和机器的预防性维护。

8.      Liaison with QA on day-to-day quality control and translate to operation takes. Ensure the area performance always comply with quality audit standards.

为确保产品质量符合标准，保持每天与QA的沟通，及时调整生产以确保生产一直符合质量标准。

9.      Support the shift operation form technical aspects in case any difficulty, non-compliance and abnormal situation.

在技术方面提供支持，保证生产的正常运行。

10.   Visit customer to understand their needs, maintain close contact with related departments to meet good quality.

访问客户，了解他们的需求，并与相关的部门保持良好的关系，以保质、保量地完成生产目标。

11.   Support new project, process or machine FAT, installation, startup & validation.

支持新项目，工艺或设备的工厂验收，安装，启动调试及验证工作。

Job Qualifications

1.      Have sound ability to learn new knowledge for product improvement and development.

2.      Maintain high standard of operation discipline whenever treating people, coordinating among functions, ensuring quality product, following procedure and auditing.

对客户投诉及生产的问题应采取积极的态度去对待，并能保证高度热情，不断地进行产品方面的改善

7.Have a global perspective and be able to effectively complete projects with overseas colleagues.

具备全球视角，能有效和海外同事完成项目。

Education and/or Experience

1.      College graduates who major in medical or machinery and electric technology/engineering.

大学毕业，医疗或机械或电气专业。

2.      At least 2 years experience in medical related industry. 4+ years work experiences in a manufacturing environment and strong technical background.

具备2年以上医疗相关企业的工作经验，具有4年以上的制造类经验和很强的技术背景。

3.      Experience in quality management and product development is a major plus.

具备质量管理和产品开发经验的尤佳。

4.      Good command of writing, reading and oral English.

具备英语的读、写及口语能力。
