Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets by directly promoting and selling PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) products, implementing effective sales strategies to meet objectives related to sales volume, product mix, and profitability.
- Engage and present to prospective customers through effective sales calls, product presentations, and demonstrations. Provide thorough technical and administrative product information, conduct hospital seminars, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Monitor sales performance against established forecasts and contribute to assessing market potential within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with clinical specialists/managers, customer service, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing or a related medical field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Able to analyze and interpret data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work well collaboratively within a team.
