The position is responsible for administrating and supervising warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving and dispatching and storage of material and finished products in warehouses, coordinating warehouse operation to obtain maximum efficiency and

productivity.

6.0  Specific Responsibilities    具体工作职责

q  Administrate the warehouse of finished products and material. Supervises, coordinates and controls all activities in warehouse, ensuring materials are consistent with the account. Supervises, coordinates and controls the warehouse operations. Submit relevant report for logistic process regular.

q  Optimizes the use of the physical space in the warehouse as well as in containers. Keep the low cost in inventory and distribution, provide good service as requirement of production and sales in time.

q  Supervises, coordinates and manages carriers in accordance with supplier management requirements to reduce the cost. Responsible for the inspection and supervision of the work of the outsourcing service party.

q  Using the computer system to manage the finished products receiving and dispatching the raw materials, controlling the quantity of inventory as same as system, closing account accurately in the end of monthly and yearly.

q  Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.

q  Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.

q  Understand and implement Vantive, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.

7.0  Requirements    职位要求

q  College degree or above in a relevant major is preferred.

具有专科或以上相关学历.

q  Two years of experience in a similar position, ability in digital analysis and being good at detecting problems, in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical or similar industry.

2年以上相同职位经验. 具有数字分析能力, 擅于发现问题. 在制造业特别是制药, 医学或类似行业工作经验优先.
