• Demand Planning: Collaborate with the sales, marketing team to develop and maintain accurate demand forecast for the next 36 month based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.

• Supply Planning: Translate demand forecast into actionable supply plans, balancing inventory, production, and distribution requirement, ensure and execute the stable supply

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, and replenishment requirement to maintain service levels, operate the Inter-Warehouse inventory transfer, ensure the demand-driven inventory level at each DC, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess stock.

• PIPO Management: Work closely with the cross functional stakeholders to own the Phase In, Phase Out product’s demand – supply planning and execution.

• SIOP/IBP Participation: Actively support SIOP/IBP processes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Exception Management: Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps, production delays, or logistics issues, escalating unresolved items to the Planning Lead.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, and Regulatory teams to incorporate market signals into planning data base.

• Systems & Data Management: Ensure planning systems and ERP data are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable for decision-making.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, backorders, and inventory amount, DOH and turns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, supply efficiency, and overall planning process effectiveness.
