Your role at Vantive
We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to be part of our team in the US as Manager/MSL and work closely with academic fellowship programs to address unmet educational needs and optimize the impact of our therapies.
The Medical Scientific Liaison will provide medical expertise and strategic leadership to our Acute and Chronic Therapies team. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of fellow, trainee and advanced practice provider education, for acute and chronic renal replacement therapies.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with healthcare providers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regulators to build scientific support for our therapies
Developing and implementing a comprehensive Medical Affairs clinical and education strategy
Program Development: Design and implement a fellowship education program, including delivery of scientific presentations and serving as a SME for digital content development for: CKD awareness, PD and HD, as well AKI and Acute Therapies
Content Management: Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content that aligns with company objectives and regulatory requirements
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and within medical affairs, to ensure educational programs meet the needs of healthcare professionals and align with business objectives
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of fellow/trainee education and make data-driven improvements.
Innovation: Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative educational solutions.
Compliance: Ensure all education activities comply with industry regulations code of conduct and company policies (GIP and Scientific Exchange Policies).
What you'll bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field, Master’s degree preferred (RN, NP, APRN, PA)
Former experience in industry/MA team preferred.
Excellent leadership capabilities and teamwork
Strong management skills, decisiveness, and resourcefulness
Strong business acumen
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to provide education on complex scientific/clinical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, public speaking and teaching skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills
Maturity, confidence, and credibility to advise and influence other internal and external stakeholders
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Renal Replacement Therapies (CKD, PD, HD, AKI, and CRRT), including the management of complex patient cases
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time (US territory map).

At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $132,000-150,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
