We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluent Dutch and French, to join our collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment. If you thrive in a fast‑paced setting, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the daily execution of customer service activities across B2C and B2B markets, supporting both patients at home and hospital customers in Dutch and French across the Benelux region.

This is a critical role that requires close collaboration with internal teams and a strong customer‑first mindset to deliver a consistent, reliable, and high‑quality customer experience — every day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Operations

  • Manage order processing (including holiday deliveries), returns, backorders, complaints, credit & rebills, and escalations

  • Handle incoming customer calls in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner

  • Coordinate urgent and emergency shipments

  • Ensure timely delivery of dialysis products to patients’ homes and healthcare facilities

  • Daily release and follow‑up of backorders

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Planning, Warehousing, Sales, and Customers

  • Serve as a focal point for escalations and issue resolution

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams

  • Coordinate logistics activities to ensure service continuity

Continuous Improvement & Support

  • Actively support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to patients and healthcare providers

  • Step in flexibly to support the team during peak periods when needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in Customer Service (strong asset)

  • Fluent Dutch, French and English (mandatory)

  • Strong customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, positive, flexible, and creative team player

  • Ability to make quality decisions using analysis, experience, and sound judgment

  • Comfortable working in a regulated, quality‑focused environment

  • Operates in line with Vantive’s global business standards and ethical values

  • Strong personal commitment to supporting patients and healthcare professionals
