About Vantive Business Services (VBS)

Vantive Business Services (VBS) is a global shared services organization supporting both finance and non-finance domains, as well as broader business operations across multiple regions and entities.

Based in Warsaw, VBS delivers end-to-end services across key finance domains including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Account-to-Report (A2R), Order-to-Cash (C2C), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), as well as selected non-finance processes supporting integrated operations.

VBS drives process standardization, automation, data-driven decision-making, and adoption of emerging technologies including AI.

Role overview

This role is a cross-functional transformation expert position combining Continuous Improvement (CI), Automation, Business Intelligence (BI), and AI enablement.

It embeds a Lean and continuous improvement mindset, focusing on end-to-end value creation and measurable transformation impact.

The role operates across finance and non-finance domains, requiring both hands-on execution within VBS and collaboration with global stakeholders and process owners.

This is a high-impact hybrid role combining CI, BI, AI enablement, and automation. It offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end transformation across processes and domains within a global VBS environment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end process analysis, mapping, and redesign across domains.
• Drive transformation initiatives from idea identification through implementation and stabilization.
• Act as AI Champion, identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases across finance and non-finance processes.
• Translate business pain points into AI-enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Data Platform, and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Own and manage the delivery pipeline for automation and AI solutions from prioritization through implementation and stabilization. Develop BI dashboards (Power BI) and leverage data insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across finance and non-finance domains.
• Drive change management, training, and communication to ensure adoption.
• Liaise with IT departments and external IT vendors to align on requirements, track deliverables, and support successful solution implementation.

What you'll bring

• Experience in process excellence, transformation, or shared services (SSC/GBS).
• Understanding of finance processes (P2P, A2R, C2C) and exposure to non-finance domains.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with process optimization and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot) including solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, RPA tools, Snowflake, Azure/OpenAI or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in understanding AI use case design, prompt engineering, workflow integration, and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to lead workshops, train teams, and drive change adoption.
• Experience delivering transformation or automation projects end-to-end.
• Experience in applying AI, automation, and analytics to solve business process challenges.
