Role Overview

As part of the ISC Finance organization, the Senior Costing Analyst will provide financial and costing support to multiple manufacturing plants across the Vantive network. Reporting to the Finance Director and collaborating closely with ISC Finance leaders at manufacturing sites, this role plays a critical part in delivering standardized, globally aligned costing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will operate in a dynamic, international environment within the Warsaw VBS center, contributing to global finance processes enabled by modern technologies and supporting both daily operations and long‑term transformation efforts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, analytical depth, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders while maintaining a “roll‑up‑the‑sleeves” approach.

What you’ll do

Costing Operations & Governance

  • Execute daily cost roll‑ups in the ERP system for multiple manufacturing plants, covering material costs, labor, overhead spending, and work‑center rate updates;
  • Perform annual budget cost roll‑ups (VA cost, Full cost) across several plants;
  • Prepare detailed cost lists by cost elements to track standard cost changes vs. budget;
  • Complete year‑end cost copies and ensure accuracy of new standard costs.

Cost Analysis & Support

  • Conduct ad‑hoc standard cost checks and support stakeholders across the organization;
  • Review Costed BOMs for projects and process improvements.

Global Process Execution

  • Perform Global ERP cost loading in daily and yearly reporting cycles;
  • Partner with site finance leaders, global teams, and business units to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with global standards.

MSA Support activities (Manufacturing Supply Agreement)

  • Liaison the MSA & TSA related activities including tracking of actuals and supporting the forecast;
  • Manage the financial for MSA & TSA including planning and actuals;
  • Adhoc analysis related to MSA & TSA as required.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or equivalent is a plus;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance, including strong understanding of end‑to‑end process management and systems;
  • Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites and collaborating with varied finance partners;
  • Strong ERP costing knowledge (SAP / JDE / Oracle, SAP CO modules);
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial;
  • Ability to handle large datasets efficiently and manage workload under strict deadlines;
  • Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements or Lean methodologies;
  • Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills across regional and global teams;
  • High motivation, strong organization skills, and a proven record of driving change.
