Role Overview

Vantive is building a modern, scalable, and intelligent integration ecosystem to support its global operations. We are seeking a Techno‑Functional Integration Architect to represent the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization within the enterprise integration function.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology execution. The successful candidate will partner closely with ISC IT leaders, product owners, and IT delivery teams to translate operational priorities into robust, future‑ready integration solutions. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, shaping integration patterns, guiding solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

What you’ll do

• Act as the integration architecture representative for the ISC organization

• Translate business and operational requirements into clear integration designs

• Define and recommend appropriate integration patterns

• Ensure alignment with enterprise integration standards, security, and data governance

• Act as the primary point of contact between EAI and ISC IT stakeholders

• Understand operational objectives and system needs to shape integration priorities

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and clarify integration requirements

• Define and recommend modern integration patterns (API‑led, event‑driven, batch, EDI, streaming, etc.)

• Drive solution design for integrations involving ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and external partners

• Design and govern B2B / EDI integrations, including 3PL EDI flows such as shipments, ASNs, inventory updates, and invoicing

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards

• Provide architectural guidance during delivery and implementation phases

• Leverage cloud‑native and AWS‑based integration capabilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and standardize the ISC integration landscape

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and integration best practices

• Collaborate with the Sr. Integration Lead/Architect to build technical interface specifications (e.g., Swagger / OpenAPI)

• Ensure integration requirements are prioritized, documented, and governed effectively

• Contribute to integration standards, reference architectures, and reusable assets

• Collaborate with global integration teams, vendors, and system integrators

• Support portfolio planning, dependency management, and prioritization from an integration perspective

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or techno‑functional roles

• Strong experience integrating ERP and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP or equivalent)

• Proven ability to translate operational and business needs into technical integration designs

• Experience working with global, multi‑region organizations

• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operational IT domains

• Deep understanding of modern integration patterns including APIs, messaging, batch, event‑driven architectures, and microservices

• Strong experience with B2B / EDI integrations, including 3PL EDI integrations

• Experience integrating with external logistics providers and trading partners

• Familiarity with EDI concepts such as partner onboarding, mappings, testing, and cutover

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

• Solid understanding of security, data governance, and compliance considerations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and influence without authority

• Structured thinker with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset

• Comfortable working across business, architecture, and delivery teams
