Role overview


The Supply Chain Solution Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital supply chain solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, operational visibility, and process standardization across the global supply chain network. This role combines strong supply chain process knowledge with analytics, systems, and solution management capabilities, with a primary focus on Tableau-based reporting and dashboarding, while also supporting and managing other key supply chain applications such as GSC Suite, Hotspot, and additional digital tools.

This role partners closely with global, regional, site, IT, and business stakeholders to translate supply chain needs into scalable digital solutions, ensure application reliability, support adoption, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires the ability to connect business processes, data, system functionality, and user experience to deliver practical solutions that improve planning execution, inventory visibility, operational performance, and management decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of supply chain digital solutions, with a primary focus on Tableau dashboards and analytics, while supporting additional applications.
  • Partner with global, regional, site, planning, manufacturing, fulfilment, logistics, finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, scalable, and actionable solution designs.
  • Own and manage the lifecycle of supply chain reporting and analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, data validation, user testing, deployment readiness, release coordination, and post-go-live support
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, data views, and performance management tools that enable improved visibility into key supply chain processes such as demand and supply planning, deployment, inventory management, fulfilment, backorders, and operational execution.
  • Ensure that Tableau and other supply chain application outputs are accurate, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with standardized business processes, data definitions, and global reporting principles.
  • Manage application support activities for key supply chain tools, including issue triage, root cause analysis, enhancement prioritization, user access coordination, release testing, documentation, and communication with impacted stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes through better data visibility, automation, analytics, system functionality, and standardized ways of working.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to support data integration, dashboard performance, application stability, release management, and compliance with enterprise system standards.
  • Lead user engagement, training, and adoption activities to ensure that supply chain solutions are effectively embedded into day-to-day decision-making and operational routines.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex supply chain needs into practical solution requirements and translating technical outputs into meaningful business insights.
  • Support governance of supply chain digital tools by maintaining documentation, business rules, data definitions, process flows, enhancement backlogs, and issue logs.
  • Promote continuous improvement and digital maturity across the supply chain organization by identifying best practices, improving reporting consistency, and enabling scalable analytics capabilities.

What you'll bring

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, deployment, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, managing, or supporting supply chain reporting, analytics, dashboards, or business applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tableau is required; experience with additional analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting or managing business applications, including issue resolution, user support, release coordination, enhancement prioritization, testing, and documentation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, user stories, reporting specifications, and dashboard requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, including IT teams, global process owners, regional teams, and site users.
  • Experience with supply chain applications such as Kinaxis/RapidResponse, ERP reporting environments, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Agile certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in supply chain, analytics, business systems, planning, operations, or a related functional area.
