Position: Technical Services Coordinator

Work Location: New Phetchaburi Road, Vantive Technical Service Office

Reporting Manager: Technical Services Manager

Normal Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00

Work Arrangement: On-site only (Not eligible for work from home)

Job Scope: The Technical Services Coordinator supports the Technical Service Team by handling administrative and coordination activities. This role ensures accurate tracking of hardware, spare parts, service documents, and system compliance while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Job Descriptions:

  • Support daily Hardware Tracking (HWT) activities, including machine return tracking and data entry.

  • Coordinate with Finance to create and maintain customer master data.

  • Manage service database compliance (GSP) and goods receipt in the JDE system.

  • Track daily spare part movements and support month-end stock takes.

  • Plan and control spare parts ordering.

  • Prepare service quotations, service contracts, and invoicing.

  • Maintain calibration tools using the CMX system.

  • Handle machine and spare parts write-offs (expired, damaged, or on-hold items).

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Technical Services Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of customer services or administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Service-minded with a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Good problem-solving skills.
