岗位职责：

1.战略客户管理与维护

能够建立长期信任关系，理解客户需求并制定个性化服务方案。

积极同医院方保持长期合作伙伴关系，确保以患者为中心多方共赢。

以良好的项目管理能力为基础，成为客户可信赖的合作伙伴。

2. 市场预测与政策洞察充分关注、解读医药政策，准确分析市场竞争格局并预测变化。关注竞品策略，有效制定差异化应对方案。积极反馈市场动态及客户需求，帮助推动产品优化或政策调整。

高效沟通与资源整合与各部门开展有效沟通，共享各类信息并制定共同目标及决策。就KA计划与跨部门充分沟通，充分整合资源。

3.提高医院投入效能、促进客户关系、助力项目开展。 

4. 平台搭建与策略执行与医院管理层开展对话沟通，根据关键客户需求开发制定适合项目。结合政府对基层医疗服务能力提升的各项要求，积极与卫健委、学协会开展学术合作，能够开发符合公共卫生指导政策，提升医护人员诊疗能力的同时，患者、医院、企业均能获益的高质量项目。协调配置项目资源，有力的项目执行能力，确保达成预期目标。 

5. 全渠道运营与危机应对围绕居家透析与数字化趋势，整合资源，形成生态闭环，实现患者触达最大化。突出技术领先和服务网络覆盖优势应对未来挑战。能够快速响应政策变化，舆情危机，维护品牌形象。

任职要求：

年龄35-45岁，本科及以上学历，医学、药学相关专业。

10年以上药企工作经验，具备3年及以上大客户管理经验或业务管理经验。

具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，善于整合资源。

具备良好的数据分析能力及政策解读能力。

专业性强，具备较强的平台意识，具备独立策划、项目运营的能力。
