Role overview
The Senior Analyst, Product Management – PD Life Cycle Management supports portions of the global LCM agenda for assigned Peritoneal Dialysis products. This role is responsible for deep portfolio analysis, business case, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and execution support across moderately complex PD products or global portfolio workstreams.
This Senior Analyst will support the Associate Director in preparing materials for senior leadership, regional discussions, and global cross-functional governance forums.
What you'll bring
Portfolio & LCM Execution
Support assigned global LCM workstreams for PD products, ensuring clear milestones, owners, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop portfolio analyses that integrate commercial performance, customer impact, quality, regulatory, supply, and operational considerations.
- Support prioritization of sustaining activities, issue resolution, product updates, and potential rationalization decisions.
- Monitor progress against execution plans and proactively escalate risks, trade-offs, or decision needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and regional teams.
- Facilitate discussions, clarify open questions, and drive follow-up on actions within assigned workstreams.
- Represent the PD LCM team in working-level forums and support preparation for governance or leadership reviews.
Business Analysis & Recommendations
- Translate data and stakeholder input into concise insights, options, and recommendations for the Associate Director and broader team.
- Support business case development, including assessment of business needs, product performance, cost implications, risk exposure, and operational feasibility.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across assigned products and recommend practical actions to improve portfolio sustainability.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure assigned workstreams consider applicable regulatory, quality, compliance, supply, and customer requirements.
- Track risk mitigation plans and partner with functional owners to support timely execution.
- Support structured responses to product, supply, or quality issues by organizing facts, options, and stakeholder inputs.

Professional Experience
- Typically 3–5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, project management, operations, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a related business function.
- Experience supporting portfolio management, product lifecycle activities, business analysis, or cross-functional program execution preferred.
- Experience in regulated healthcare, quality systems, supply chain, or global commercial environments preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, healthcare, clinical/scientific discipline, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certification a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with analytics, project management, reporting, or portfolio management tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% as business needs require.
