The AI Implementation Engineering Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering global AI and digital transformation projects across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on implementing AI-driven solutions, integrating hardware and software systems, and supporting global IT platform migrations to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.

Working cross-functionally with engineering, IT, operations, and external partners, you will lead the deployment of machine learning, automation, computer vision, and predictive maintenance solutions while ensuring successful system integration across a global manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global AI, automation, and systems integration projects.
• Drive technical solution design, feasibility assessments, and problem-solving for complex engineering challenges.
• Support global IT migration initiatives, including testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
• Manage software, hardware, and network integration, including edge devices, cameras, sensors, and industrial systems.
• Lead hardware installation, system configuration, validation, and ongoing technical support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards, including FDA, ISO, and IEC requirements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience in software or product development, including AI/ML applications.
• Strong experience with Python, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and software integration.
• Experience deploying production ML solutions, computer vision systems, and edge computing technologies (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
• Knowledge of Linux, networking, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and source control tools.
• Proven project leadership experience in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
