At Vantive, we're looking for a Facilities Engineer who thrives on solving problems, driving improvements, and bringing projects to life. This is a unique opportunity to support two key manufacturing locations, Castlebar and Swinford, playing a visible role in delivering facility, utility, infrastructure, and sustainability projects that directly support healthcare manufacturing.
This is more than maintaining facilities. It's about influencing how they evolve.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support facilities, utilities, and infrastructure projects across our Castlebar and Swinford sites.
- Drive improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and external contractors to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Support facility upgrades, expansions, maintenance programmes, and critical systems improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help shape future site capabilities.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience within facilities, project engineering, utilities, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, water, energy, or building services.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and deliver results.
