Your role at Vantive

The Associate Director, Global Business Strategy & Operations will support and lead discrete strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and performance across Vantive. This role will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Business Strategy and Operations, as well as other functional and commercials leaders to analyze opportunities and drive execution across functions. The Associate Director will be expected to operate with moderate autonomy, navigating the cross-functional nature of projects and delivering measurable business impact.  The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic or consulting background, experience driving projects independently and working with cross-functional teams, and have a strong executive presence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead key initiatives and deliver on priority workstreams that accelerate growth and drive business performance within broader cross-regional or cross-functional programs (e.g., product launches, materials optimization, sales excellence)

  • Build financial and operational models to assess impact; support KPI development and performance tracking.

  • Independently conduct market research using internal and external resources; identify opportunities to socialize best practice outcomes across Vantive

  • Drive initiatives forward through definition of key next steps as well as proactively flag any potential roadblocks to senior leadership.

  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and contribute to senior leadership reviews.  Develop and draft materials requiring limited review by the Senior Director of Business Strategy and Operations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are met.

  • Work with the Global Head and Senior Director of Business Strategy and Operations as well as other key executive team members to review progress on key priorities and identify potential new initiatives to undertake.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture, supporting the broader cultural shift Vantive is developing.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or commercial operations.

  • Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects in complex organizations.

  • Solid financial and analytical capabilities, including business case development.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into insights.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $176,000 - $220,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. For commercial roles, the estimated range does not include potential commission or other incentives.
