Your Role at Vantive:

As the Associate Director for the US Chronic Business Therapy Success focus, you will be the strategic and operational engine behind the planning and execution of our digital products and services portfolio and advancing the success of PD Therapy with customers. This includes connected technologies, digitally enabled services, and software platforms. You will work cross-functionally with US Commercial, Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Clinical, Contracting and Creative teams to ensure the strategy and execution are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.

Position Overview:

  • Work with the US sales and marketing teams along with internal cross-functional teams to educate customers on the value proposition of our comprehensive solution set; customize offerings to enable success most effectively.

  • Track and measure key KPIs to provide insights into program successes and opportunities for improvement including customer success metrics.

  • Represent Vantive as the subject matter expert and digital solutions US leader with large customers and opportunities.

  • Advance key strategic initiatives surrounding therapy success in the US and specifically Time on Therapy for PD Patients

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide leadership within the US Marketing team– highlighting excellent judgement skills and willingness to provide mentorship to others, including direct reports, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Develop short- and long-term digital solutions strategy – including growth tactics for the overall US portfolio.

  • Develop marketing plans for the digital portfolio, including new/creative business growth strategies through marketing efforts.

  • Partner with Global Marketing team on innovation and product launches for the expansion of the digital solutions portfolio

  • Lead programming for customer education, training and value realization while advancing Vantive CONNECT optimization.

  • Execute and oversee day-to-day marketing activities for the US digital solutions portfolio, creating a strong project plan that incorporates market trends, customer needs, internal stakeholder dynamics and incorporate insights into strategy and tactical execution.

  • Lead downstream marketing strategy activities with involvement in promotional/marketing materials, webinars, fact sheets, white papers, sales collateral & website content, and online media presence, while overseeing their production and placement. Leverage digital tools and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to advance evidence and claims for Vantive connected therapy, including development of case studies and testimonials for the US market.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA a plus. Healthcare, medical device, medical technology, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

  • 10 or more years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, product management, project management, or relevant experience. Cross functional experience is a plus.

  • Proven track record in successfully launching marketing initiatives and managing project teams. 

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers & Key Opinion Leaders to fully understand their needs.

  • Ability to develop and execute communication plans, messaging, and branding campaigns.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic or international).

  • Proven product launch and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines across a matrixed team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, product, and global teams.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for bringing meaningful healthcare innovations to life through compelling storytelling and execution.

  • A talent for turning complex topics into clear, well-designed content that supports the customer’s journey.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools (e.g., CMS, marketing automation platforms), and metrics.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $172,000 - $195,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
