Your Role

Lead and deliver high‑impact technology projects that enable Vantive’s strategic objectives. This role ensures strong project execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and high-quality technical solutions while managing and developing a high‑performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery across technical solutioning, implementation, support, and quality.
• Participating in and overseeing various phases of project implementations within SDLC frameworks.
• Collaborating with Vantive teams, Application/Solution Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and both IT and business stakeholders to prioritize workloads and timelines.
• Reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices.
• Interacting with customers to understand their business needs and provide value-driven responses through strong technical and business insight.
• Influencing and educating stakeholders including sponsors, project managers, and team members.
• Defining and executing project plans, reporting project status, budget, risks, and progress through dashboards and formal communications.
• Leading and developing your team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years in project leadership.
• PMP Certification required; Scrum/Agile (SCM Scrum) certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project development, implementation processes, and SDLC methodologies.
• Solid presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring, guiding, and influencing diverse teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects successfully.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team management experience: 3+ years
