Your role at Vantive

As a Network Planner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and supply execution across our global Third-Party Planning (TPP) network, ensuring consistent product availability, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination across supply partners. You will be responsible for the procurement planning, purchasing and inventory management of a portfolio of third-party products, supporting our global markets and aligning with strategic business priorities.

This role plays a critical part in our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and serves as a key interface between internal planning functions, commercial teams and external manufacturing partners. You will collaborate closely with Regional Planning, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure the performance, flexibility, and reliability of our third-party supply network.

What you'll be doing

TPP Supply Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute med to long-term supply plans for third-party products, translating demand forecasts into actionable supply signals

  • Being responsible for the procurement planning, purchasing and inventory management of a portfolio of third-party products, including handling of Purchase Orders and Invoice approvals

  • Monitor supplier capacity, material availability, and production readiness to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery

  • Maintain and optimize planning parameters, including reorder points, safety stock, order frequency, and lead times

  • Support new product introductions, product lifecycle transitions, and regulatory-driven changes, ensuring supplier readiness and supply continuity

Cross-Functional & Supplier Collaboration

  • You will be the primary planning contact for external suppliers, ensuring alignment on volume forecasts, procurement schedules and delivery timelines

  • Partner with Procurement, Regulatory, Demand Planning, Commercial and Fulfillment and Quality teams for effective communication, cross-functional resolution and risk mitigation

  • ·Participating in SIOP and and supplier performance review meetings, providing updates on risks, constraints, mitigation actions, and opportunities

Inventory & Performance Management

  • Being accountable for achieving global inventory targets

  • Supporting input in financial planning and forecasting processes

  • Manage inventory levels to balance service and cost, whilst identifying opportunities to reduce excess and obsolete stock

  • Develop, monitor, track and analyze Supply Chain KPIs

  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to anticipate and prepare for potential supply disruptions

System & Process Optimization

  • Ensure planning data accuracy across planning systems and the ERP, supporting system-driven planning and execution

  • Contribute to the global standardization and automation of TPP processes, aligning with internal stakeholders and system owners

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and deliver performance targets.

  • Knowledge of supply planning and production planning principles, including replenishment strategies and inventory optimization.Proficiency with ERP/APS systems such as SAP, JDE, or RapidResponse.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and regions.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a global, fast-paced environment.
