At Vantive, we're building the future of healthcare and looking for a motivatedContract Specialistto join our Nordic Tender Excellence team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in public procurement, tender management, or contract administration who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in supporting our commercial success by ensuring high-quality tender submissions, managing contract processes, and helping drive operational excellence across the Nordic region.

We offer a flexible working model, combining collaboration in our Kista office with the flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Do

As our Contract Specialist, you will:

  • Support and guide the business throughout the public procurement and tender management process.
  • Review tender opportunities, requirements, technical specifications, and submission criteria.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of compliant, high-quality tender responses within strict deadlines.
  • Manage tender and contract documentation, databases, and reporting activities.
  • Provide pricing analyses, commercial comparisons, and bid/no-bid recommendations to support decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Technical Services, Customer Services, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and share best practices across the organisation.
  • Utilise digital tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate, to support productivity and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • Experience in Tender Management, Contract Management, Public Procurement, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of public procurement processes and tender lifecycle management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience within the Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry is advantageous.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Danish and/or Norwegian language skills would be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • ERP systems (JDE preferred)
  • Pricing and tender management tools
  • Reporting and analytical tools
  • Document management systems
