Position Objectives

·         Provide alignment to the planning team’s purpose and objectives, ensure accountability for role responsibilities, and build a high-performance, results-driven culture.

·         Lead and embed best practices across end-to-end planning function, driving continuous improvement to achieve planning KPI targets.

·         Own the end-to-end facilitation of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) across key stakeholders, ensuring demand, supply, and inventory plans are fully aligned to deliver customer commitments.

·         Own inventory management at country or cluster level, with accountability for monitoring, anticipating, and mitigating supply exceptions.

·         Leads and drives cross-functional alignment with a strong focus on import-dependent markets.

Provide leadership and execute strategic direction across country or cluster planning activities, processes, data, and systems. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enable agile responses to changing market conditions.
