We’re seeking aresults-driven Marketing Manager to lead market development and brand strategy across the UKI region. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership—where you’ll translate global strategy into focused regional execution, accelerating revenue growth, market share, and long-term positioning of our PD portfolio.
Working in close partnership withSales, Clinical, Medical, GAMA, Customer Service, Technical Services, and Sales Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering short- and mid-term commercial objectives in a complex, fast-evolving healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Planning & Market Development
  • Own and manage theUKI marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation and strong ROI.
  • Develop and executeintegrated marketing and operational plans aligned to commercial priorities and financial targets.
  • Convertmarket insights, customer needs, and financial data into clear positioning, value propositions, and growth strategies.
  • Define and deliverqualitative and quantitative portfolio objectives, forming the backbone of the annual business plan.
  • Localiseglobal campaigns and product launches to reflect regional regulatory, clinical, and market realities.
  • Leadgeographical expansion initiatives (GEOX) where applicable, grounded in market intelligence and competitive analysis.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Lead and coordinate theUKI PD cross-functional brand team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and pace.
  • Partner closely withSales and Clinical teams to design and execute tactical growth plans in this strategically important region.
  • Own the development and deployment ofsales enablement and clinical education tools and collateral.
  • Track portfolio performance and competitive dynamics, deliveringclear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Customer, KOL & Event Engagement
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships withkey customers, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
  • Leadend-to-end event strategy and execution, including local and regional conferences, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Developlocalized medical education initiatives in collaboration with Medical and GAMA teams.
  • RepresentVantive externally, strengthening brand credibility and market presence.
Global & Regional Collaboration
  • Work closely withNWE, EMEA, and Global teams to ensure strategic alignment and secure support for UKI priorities.
  • Partner with Sales onjoint financial planning, aligning growth ambitions, portfolio mix, and market opportunities.

About You

You’re a strategic, commercially minded marketer with the credibility and confidence to lead in a complex healthcare environment. You balance insight with execution and thrive in roles that demand ownership, influence, and adaptability.
  • Significant experience inMarketing / Product Management, Commercial roles, or Strategy Consulting withinPharma or MedTech.
  • Strong capability inmarket analysis, competitive assessment, and customer insight generation, translating data into actionable plans.
  • Proven success buildingcommercial and project-based business cases that drive growth.
  • Deep understanding ofcustomer needs—both functional and emotional—with hands-on experience in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to deliver ROI.
  • Experience managingmarketing budgets, agencies, contracts, sponsorships, and conference partnerships.
  • Solid knowledge of theUKI healthcare landscape, including healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and political or regulatory considerations.
  • Confident, credible communicator with a track record of influencingKOLs, senior leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who can translateglobal strategy into high-quality regional execution, while challenging the status quo with innovative solutions.
  • Solution-oriented, agile, and entrepreneurial—comfortable operatingautonomously and managing changing priorities.
  • Willing to travel acrossUK & Ireland (up to 40%), with occasional travel to the EU; flexible and remote working supported.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent);Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing or with a postgraduate marketing qualification.
  • Nice to have: Advanced experience indigital and social marketing, including paid campaigns, KPI tracking, and performance optimisation.
