Your Role:
Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment while acting as a strategic advisor to the business. The role focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent, evaluating candidate fit, guiding hiring managers through structured hiring practices, and leveraging data, market insights, and recruiting technology to influence hiring decisions.
What you'll be doing:
Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, evaluating candidate fit, providing informed hiring recommendations, supporting the offer process, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting, and executing a range of talent strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer‑branding initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and recruitment best practices.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes.
Leverage AI‑enabled recruiting tools to improve pipeline quality, reduce cycle time, and enhance candidate experience.
Provide strategic, consultative talent advice using market insights, and recruiting analytics to influence hiring decisions.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
3–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or high‑volume environment.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Effective interpersonal skills; Organizational and time-management skills
Strong sourcing skills, ATS proficiency, knowledge of Canadian employment laws.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Proficient with MS office.
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in human resources, CHRP/CHRL or equivalent is an asset
Health care, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred.
Global organization experience preferred.
Prior experience with Workday.
Knowledge of US employment laws.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $84,000 to $100,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
