Reporting Manager:Logistic & GA Supervisor

Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong

Normal Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8-5

Job Scope: The Logistics & BOI Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of goods and ensuring all import and export activities fully comply with Thai Customs and Board of Investment (BOI) regulations. This role focuses on optimizing tax incentives, managing duty-free raw materials, and maintaining accurate documentation to support government audits.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for logistics comply with all regulatory policies and corporate requirements, including Thai FDA GMDP, ISO13485 and EHS regulation.

2. International Trade & Shipping:

• Documentation: Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (C/O), and Bills of Lading (B/L).

• Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of inbound and outbound shipments, minimizing demurrage and detention costs.

• HS Code Classification: Accurately classify products and materials under the correct Harmonized System codes to ensure legal compliance and correct duty application.

3. Operational Logistics (Import & Export):

• Freight Management: Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange transportation (Sea/Air).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Warehouse contractor for delivery schedule.

• Documentation: Prepare all export sets, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (Form D, FTA, etc.), and Shipping Instructions.

• Booking Management: Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure vessel/flight space.

• Customs Entry: Verify and approve Export Declarations to ensure correct HS Code application and BOI project matching.

• Perform other duties as assigned, including managing urgent tasks and supporting ad‑hoc projects to ensure business continuity and the achievement of departmental goals.

4. BOI & Customs Compliance:

• Privilege Management: Manage and execute the importation of raw materials and machinery under BOI tax‑exempt privileges.

• System Operations: Expertly navigate and update the RMTS (Raw Materials Tracking System) and e-Expert systems for formula approvals and stock cuttingand reporting

• Formula of Formula (F.O.F): Develop and maintain the "Formula of Formula" to ensure accurate materialconsumption reporting to the BOI.

• BOI Electronic System Oversight:Oversee all BOI‑related electronic systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant submissions across RMTS, e‑Expert, e‑MT, e‑Investment, and other digital platforms. Monitor system updates, resolve data inconsistencies, coordinate with BOI officers when required, and ensure seamless integration of electronic records for audits and privilege management.

• Scrap Management: Oversee the disposal and reporting of scrap or waste materials according to BOI and Customs regulations.

• Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual reports for the BOI, including the "Project Progress Report" and utilization balances.

5. Responsible for EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance:

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper maintenance/housekeeping at shipping docks; including equipment used at shipping docks are in good and safe working condition for shipment preparations and loading/unloading.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or import-export, specifically within a BOI-promoted company.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with Import and Export documentation and procedures, analytical skill to improve internal, Trade Compliance Regulation and Trade Net system & GT Nexus system.

• Possess GMP and GDP knowledge

• Technical Knowledge of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) privileges and regulations.
