Build executive-level strategy narratives, decision materials and performance governance mechanisms to support China leadership reviews, business reviews and regional/global stakeholder alignment.
Manage, coach and develop team members while taking direct ownership of critical workstreams when needed; lead by example through hands-on problem solving, analysis, project governance, stakeholder management and delivery of executive-ready outputs.
