Role overview

The Supplier Quality Specialist supports the effectiveness and compliance of supplier quality processes by maintaining accurate supplier data, managing quality documentation, and ensuring supplier records meet internal and regulatory requirements. This role is well suited for an early-career professional with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an interest in quality management within a regulated environment. This is a 12-month contract, with possibility to extend depending on current business needs.

What you’ll do

  • Support maintenance of supplier records and related information within Supplier Quality Lifecycle Management (SQLM) and other quality systems.
  • Ensure supplier master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal procedures.
  • Assist in cleansing and standardizing supplier records to support a reliable and compliant supplier database.
  • Request, collect, review, and maintain supplier quality documentation.
  • Coordinate renewal and tracking of supplier certifications, including ISO certificates, regulatory certifications, and other required documents.
  • Support preparation, revision, and execution of Supplier Quality Agreements (SQAs).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Quality, Supplier Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or a related area.
  • Internship or previous experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good organizational and document management skills.
  • Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
