We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our APAC FP&A COE team, supporting APAC markets (tentatively ANZ) as well as providing China P&F finance support as a finance partner. This role is pivotal in planning, forecasting, and the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) process, ensuring data-driven insights and seamless communication with stakeholders, while developing digital data solutions. A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance is required, along with advanced communication and Excel skills to manage complex data and reporting tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cluster-level planning, forecasting and MOR processes in alignment with global and regional guidance

    • Template development and standardization

    • Data collection and system uploads

    • Data validation and quality checks

    • Generating analytical reports and insights

    • Preparing executive review decks for leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency

  • Drive digital transformation by building Power BI reports and dashboards to automate COE workflows

  • Serve as the key liaison between regional COE and local market teams

  • Continuously optimize reporting processes and templates to enhance efficiency

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Support ad-hoc projects with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or above degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field with 5+ years’ working experience (2+ Years in FP&A)

- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros, data modeling)

- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Healthcare industry experience preferred

- Self-driven, curious, and committed to professional growth
