We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our APAC FP&A COE team, supporting APAC markets (tentatively ANZ) as well as providing China P&F finance support as a finance partner. This role is pivotal in planning, forecasting, and the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) process, ensuring data-driven insights and seamless communication with stakeholders, while developing digital data solutions. A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance is required, along with advanced communication and Excel skills to manage complex data and reporting tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cluster-level planning, forecasting and MOR processes in alignment with global and regional guidance
Template development and standardization
Data collection and system uploads
Data validation and quality checks
Generating analytical reports and insights
Preparing executive review decks for leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Drive digital transformation by building Power BI reports and dashboards to automate COE workflows
Serve as the key liaison between regional COE and local market teams
Continuously optimize reporting processes and templates to enhance efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Support ad-hoc projects with a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field with 5+ years’ working experience (2+ Years in FP&A)
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros, data modeling)
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Self-driven, curious, and committed to professional growth
