Role & Responsibilities:

一、行业洞察与渠道战略顶层设计

• 持续跟踪流通行业政策(如VBP、DRG/DIP、两票制)与市场报告,输出前瞻性分析,为公司渠道战略制定提供决策依据。

• 主导公司整体渠道策略的顶层规划、落地路径设计及资源部署,驱动渠道结构优化与模式创新,确保策略与公司长期业务目标对齐。

• 基于数据洞察(如渠道KPI、经销商运营数据)评估渠道策略有效性,迭代优化方案,识别并缓释渠道风险。

二、经销商体系建设与公司战略经销商管理

• 构建并迭代药品/器械经销商能力模型,建立科学的准入、评估、分级与退出标准,打造健康、合规的渠道生态。

• 主导平台经销商的规范化管理与长期发展,包括年度利润合理性分析、运营效率评估、合规管控及持续赋能,提升伙伴整体能力。

• 负责新一级平台/推广经销商的准入评估,确保其资质、资源与业务模式符合公司战略与合规要求。

三、项目推动与跨组织协同

• 推动商业集团及跨BU重点经销商协同项目,打通资源壁垒,实现全国重点客户的深度覆盖与业务增长。

• 作为渠道策略的核心枢纽,对接并支持各业务单元的需求,提供专业的渠道解决方案,推动跨部门协作落地。

• 组织公司层面的经销商培训、全国性渠道会议及赋能项目,强化伙伴关系,提升渠道团队专业能力与执行力。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历,医学、药学、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。

• 10年以上医疗器械/医药行业渠道管理经验,其中至少3年以上全国性渠道策略或经销商体系搭建相关经验;有外资医疗器械企业工作经验者优先。

• 熟悉国内医药/器械流通政策与市场环境,对后VBP时代的渠道模式演变有深刻理解。

• 英语听说读写流利,能作为工作语言使用。

• 数据驱动决策:具备扎实的数据分析能力,能基于渠道KPI、市场数据等洞察问题,制定并评估策略的业务影响。

• 项目与变革管理:具备复杂项目的推动能力,能在跨部门、跨区域的场景中协调资源,推动变革性举措落地。

• 合规与风险意识:熟悉医疗器械行业合规要求,能在渠道管理中有效管控合规风险,确保业务运营符合公司政策与法律法规。

• 沟通与影响力:具备卓越的跨部门沟通与 stakeholder 管理能力,能有效影响内部BU、销售团队与外部经销商伙伴,推动目标达成。
