Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要职责：

• 为客户提供售前和/或售后技术支持，包括产品、设备和系统的调试、安装、测试和维护；

• 排除故障，调查和解决启动过程中出现的技术问题；

• 与客户建立并保持持续的积极合作关系，以发展未来业务；

• 研究、评估并推荐满足客户需求的新产品或设备升级；

• 监控和解决反复出现的问题，以确保持续的客户满意度；

• 提供客户培训。

Qualification要求：

• 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先；

• 2年以上医疗器械行业售前售后工程师相关工作经验；

• 有临床经验或透析领域经验者优先；

• 责任心强，以客户为导向；

• 良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
