Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of dialysis equipment and renal care products Such as HD/HDF machines, CRRT machines, Water Treatment plants for Dialysis.
  • Provide service support to Depot service team for PD machine as and when required.
  • Provide service support and maintenance to end users
  • Support all service activities including standby duties (when necessary)
  • Flexibility to work over time, on call 24/7, holidays etc., when required.
  • Monitor monthly assigned service job (maintenance) and ensure timely completion.
  • Be the point of contact for customers; resolves escalation of any customer complaints.
  • Capture performed service activities in service delivery system and ensure service documents are submitted on-time.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders i.e. sales and clinical team.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to assess issues and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • High attention to detail and strong capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality service and support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
