Your Role

The Project Manager provides regional leadership for the Customer Continuity Team and is responsible for ensuring disciplined readiness, governance, and execution during multi‑day downtime windows associated with Release 6 and other major system cutovers. The role reports administratively to the regional sponsor while operating under the direction of the global PMO. The Project Manager is accountable for establishing and maintaining all regional routines, tools, and controls defined by the global CCT governance model. The role serves as the coordination backbone for a cross‑functional network spanning the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and China, ensuring unified planning, preparation, communication, and execution to protect customers and patients during downtime events.

What You Will Be Doing

Program Governance and Readiness Execution

  • Establish and maintain regional CCT governance routines, tools, scorecards, RAID logs, and reporting packages.
  • Drive monthly and weekly or biweekly governance meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and disciplined action tracking.
  • Drive regional readiness against CCT milestones (anticipate → plan → communicate → execute), ensuring closure of risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Centralize and maintain regional documentation (Evergreen, CCT artifacts) and ensure accurate source of truth data across systems.
  • Maintain the regional CCT risk register and support scenario planning for 3/5/7-day downtime windows.

Regional Workshops and Cross Functional Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of readiness workshops for the assigned region in alignment with global templates, taxonomies, and readiness expectations.
  • Consolidate and validate cross functional inputs from Customer Service, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Technical Services, Commercial Operations, Finance, Medical, IT, and Business Relationship Managers to maintain a unified regional view.
  • Support development and tracking of customer and patient communications in partnership with Communications teams.

Cutover Support

  • Provide project management support during cutover windows, ensuring structured updates, disciplined issue management, timely escalation, and consistent updates to the global command center.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience managing large cross‑functional or multi‑regional programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with customer‑facing operations, supply chain, service, or cutover programs (preferred).
