Responsibility:

1. Responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production equipment failures to reduce downtime.

2. Organize and coordinate technicians to perform emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, and planned maintenance activities.

3. Support and manage equipment-related projects, including new equipment introduction, modification, and upgrades.

参与并负责设备类项目，包括新设备导入、设备改造及升级。

4. Control project schedule, cost, and scope to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

管理设备项目的进度、成本和范围，确保项目按计划、在预算内完成。

5. Manage equipment technical documentation according to site quality systems (maintenance records, PLC programs, control software, SOPs, critical spare parts list).

6. Coordinate equipment shutdown and recovery activities to minimize production impact.

7. Coach and train technicians to improve maintenance skills and troubleshooting capability.

8. Manage spare parts, maintenance cost, and equipment reliability to optimize maintenance efficiency.

9. Comply with GMP, EHS, and site SOP requirements during all maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Proficient in electrical and automation systems, including PLC, servo, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with strong equipment problem analysis capability.

熟练掌握电气及自动化系统，包括 PLC、伺服、气动和液压系统，具备较强的设备问题分析能力。

2. Have an understanding of injection molding equipment, including machine structure and control principles, and be familiar with injection mold daily usage requirements.

3. Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for equipment issues.

4. Have experience in equipment-related project management and be familiar with basic project management processes.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
