This maintenance engineer to be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of CRRT Sets assembly lines. The engineer requires not only ensuring the efficient and stable operation of existing automated equipment but also serving as a core team member in the introduction, installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment. This maintenance role is a problem-solving expert with a deep understanding of automation systems and is committed to enhancing production line reliability and efficiency through technical innovation.

• Participate in the research, technical evaluation, and selection of new automated assembly equipment.

• Lead or assist in the installation, debugging, qualification, and technology transfer of new equipment.

• Be responsible for the receipt, digestion, and archiving of new equipment documentation, and establish the preventive maintenance system.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment (including robots, PLCs, servo drives, vision systems, pneumatic components, etc.).

• Respond promptly to and resolve equipment breakdowns on the production line, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.

• Manage equipment spare parts to ensure the availability of critical components while optimizing inventory costs.

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities and lead or participate in projects aimed at improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness and reducing downtime.

• Optimize equipment maintenance processes and work instructions to improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance activities.

• Provide training to production operators on equipment operation and basic maintenance.

• Create and update equipment maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and checklists.

• Communicate effectively with equipment suppliers and external experts to obtain technical support and drive issue resolution
