Job Description:

1. Equipment maintenance

2. Emergency maintenance of equipment

3. Equipment maintenance and improvement.

4. Training support for PM& AM technicians

Basic duties:

1. Carry out maintenance of production equipment and daily report of spare parts according to maintenance plan

2. Troubleshoot emergency equipment faults

3. Inspect the mechanical equipment condition and safety precautions according to relevant SOP, eliminate the mechanical equipment failure in time, and ensure the normal operation of the mechanical equipment

4. Check the inspection and maintenance records of various systems and equipment, and complete emergency maintenance

5. Strictly abide by GMP, safety rules and environmental standards, and perform their duties according to relevant SOP

6. Manage site construction by external suppliers to minimize quality and safety risks

7. Assist in new machine installation and equipment improvement projects

8. Participate in the development of TPM and provide technical training

Qualifications Required:

1. Low voltage electrician certificate

2. Able to read English manuals and equipment mechanical, electrical drawings

Education and Experience:

1. High school or technical school graduate

2. 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair

3. Have a preliminary understanding of programmable controller

6. 管理外部供应商的现场施工 ， 最小化质量和安全风险

7. 协助新机器的安装和设备的改善项目

8. 参与公司TPM的开展, 并且提供技术培训

职位所需资格 ：

1. 具有低压电工证

2. 能看懂英文手册和设备机械，电气图纸

教育和经验 ：

1.高中或技校毕业

2. 10年设备维护和维修工作经验

3. 对可编程控制器有初步的认识
