JD_Senior Utility Engineer

Job Title：Sr. Utility Engineer

Department：Engineering Department

Immediate Supervisor：Sr. Utility & Facility Supervisor

Position Summary：

1. Responsible for HVAC system operation, maintenance, and project management in cleanrooms and public area for pharmaceutical packaging materials and medical devices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2.To implement new construction, facility project with high quality standard and competitive cost

Essential Duties and Responsibilities：

1.Lead team to execute the planned preventive maintenance for utility system. 

2.To organize and perform maintenance for HVAC system, CAPA, CCM, BMS, EMS and laundry machine.

3. To plan and supervise external contractors to implement project renovation to ensure all jobs are done according to specifications and GMP.

4. Implement critical system qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).

5. To submit lean energy program and meet energy saving target.

6. Lead facility HVAC system improvement project to meet GMP&EHS requirement. 

7. Maintain and update QA SOPs and documents. 

8. Train the technician to meet requirement.

9.To effectively control and manage project expense ensure timeline and under budget.

10.Lead relevant MIP projects with aim to reduce standard cost.

11.Keep effective communication with other Vantive subsidiaries, share resources to enable to improve facility management standard. 

12. Support audits 

13.Conduct related EHS program. 

14. Supervise external contractor to ensure their work alignment specification and compliance EHS requirements.  

Job Qualifications：

1. Understand medical device relevant regulations, e.g. MD GMP. 

2.To be capable for general facility system maintenance management and qualification. 

3.Have a certain foundation in electrical automatic control and operational experience.

4.Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom standards.

5.Familiar With HVAC

6.Project management experience.

7.Have a good foundation and expression ability in English.

Education and/or Experience：

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation or HVAC or construction.

2.At least 5 years experience in relative work with 5 years in JV Company in engineering.

3.Be familiar with Microsoft office and auto CAD，Microsoft project

4. Those with experience in facility/critical system management in pharmaceutical enterprises are preferred.
