Objetivo principal del puesto:

• Atender los requerimientos de diferentes unidades o dependencias en cuanto al suministro de materiales indirectos, producto, equipos y otros rubros de un depósito o almacén, recibiéndolos, clasificándolos, codificándolos, despachándolos e inventariándolos para satisfacer las necesidades de diferentes clientes, así como asegurar la confiabilidad del inventario.  

Actividades:

• Responsable del seguimiento detallado de reportes, estatus y notas de crédito.  

• Garantizar la confiabilidad del inventario y ocupación sana de almacén. 

• Realizar conciliación de inventarios cíclicos y actualización en los sistemas ERP / WMS 

• Seguimiento a procesos de devoluciones, notas de crédito, reenvíos, pedidos cancelados y rechazos.  
•  Asegurar confiabilidad de inventario de almacenes terceros asignados para seguimiento 

Responsabilidades:

• Conocer todos los procesos de recibo, surtido, almacenaje, distribución y transacciones correspondientes en los sistemas informáticos de gestión (WMS / ERP), con estricto apego a los PNOs, EHS y cualquier regulación aplicable.  

Escolaridad:

• Preparatoria y/o carrera técnica.  

Experiencia:

• Mínimo 2 años en área de almacén y/o control de inventario. 

Conocimientos: 

• Manejo de ERP /WMS /JDE Preferente

• Paquetería Office 

• Conceptos de computación y sistemas informáticos. 

• Análisis de datos
