Role overview

The FP&A Analyst – Global Consolidation supports the end‑to‑end consolidation of Vantive’s financial performance, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions across monthly close, quarterly results, forecasts, and planning cycles. The role exists to provide a single, consistent view of performance across commercial, corporate, and manufacturing regions, enabling leadership to make well‑informed decisions with confidence.


Operating within a global Center of Expertise model, this individual contributor partners closely with Regional FP&A CoE teams, Corporate Finance, and the ISC CoE to align assumptions, standardize deliverables, and uphold reporting integrity. The role reports to the Director, Corporate FP&A and collaborates across functions to translate complex financial inputs into concise, executive‑ready insights.

What you'll do

  • Execute global consolidation processes across month-end close, quarterly results, forecasting cycles, annual budget, and long‑range planning—ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial submissions;

  • Support & consolidate strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring data integrity, compliance with corporate guidelines, and alignment across regions, functions, and business units;

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support performance assessment, scenario planning, and evaluation of key commercial and operational initiatives;

  • Participate in deep‑dive analyses across the full P&L, partnering with Regional FP&A CoE Leaders to provide insights on drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities;

  • Support global management reporting by collaborating with FP&A Reporting & Analytics teams;

  • Analyze finance master data (e.g., cost center structures, hierarchies, reporting attributes), proactively driving updates in line with evolving reporting requirements;

  • Contribute to global transformation initiatives, including implementation of new planning and consolidation tools, process automation, and standardization of reporting workflows across the FP&A CoE;

  • Challenge existing processes by promoting best practices, identifying process efficiencies, and helping shape the future-state operating model for global FP&A consolidation activities;

  • Ensure adherence to global FP&A process standards, documentation, and internal controls to enable consistent, scalable, high-quality consolidation and reporting activities;

  • Foster a data‑driven culture by encouraging adoption of self‑service reporting and standardized analytics tools across the organization.

What you'll bring

  • Strong FP&A skills supported by solid technical financial background (focus on accounting) – management of wide and complex set of data and ability to transform financial details (incl. implications from accounting treatment) into executive format;

  • Proficiency in financial modelling and statistical techniques and selection of the appropriate technique to address the problem at hand;

  • Can do attitude in case of technical obstacles and flexibility in terms of changing reporting standards – we are still in the phase of defining or adapting Vantive processes thus looking for proactive attitude and creative solutions;

  • Ability to prioritize – requires agility to autonomously manage tasks during month end close, budgeting and forecasting cycles

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, financial modelling);

  • Experience with planning systems (e.g. Planful, Oracle tools preferred).

  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance including FP&A, Controlling;

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills;

  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business environments;

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and in global structures;

  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-culturally;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
