Role overview

Senior FP&A Analyst – EMEA Consolidation will support EMEA FP&A Lead and the entire EMEA FP&A Team with delivering data to support monthly closing activities and forecasting cycles, ad-hoc reporting requirements and reporting standardization initiatives (such as standardized reporting packages). The role will additionally support regional-level revenue and cost analysis, including regional functional costs.

In addition, the role will support consolidation of regional and cluster inputs and preparation of presentations to be delivered to senior management (including additional data requirements to be leveraged for presentations) as well as incremental projects requiring high-value-added business analytics.

What you’ll do

• Supporting EMEA FP&A Lead in execution of regional budgets, forecasts and monthly performance reviews, disseminating templates and ensuring timeliness of deliverables and budget/forecast loads;
• Coordinating closely with EMEA FP&A cluster teams to keep track of deliverables completion and supporting EMEA FP&A Lead with consolidating cluster inputs for presentation to senior management;
• Working seamlessly with EMEA FP&A Lead, EMEA FP&A cluster teams and commercial finance leads to support EMEA President in reporting/presentation requirements;                    
• Liaising with the FP&A Reporting & Analytics and other FP&A teams to support the creation of digital management reports (Power BI reporting), while ensuring compliance with all quality/control requirements;
• Coordinate escalation / identification of issues and advise Finance leadership of potential business and / or operational risks;
• Challenge existing processes by promoting best practices, identifying process efficiencies, and helping shape the future-state operating model for regional FP&A activities;
• Support EMEA FP&A Lead and commercial stakeholders with ad hoc analytics and projects requiring financial perspective.

What you’ll bring

• Strong FP&A skills supported by solid interpersonal skills – supporting complex commercial environment within EMEA region, requiring agility, clear communication and understanding complex financial concepts;
• Experience in business partnering – requires ability to drive cross-functional, cross-regional processes required to execute EMEA FP&A goals;
• Ability to prioritize – requires agility to autonomously manage tasks during month end close, budgeting and forecasting cycles;
• Openness to innovation – courage and drive to improve reporting tools, drive shift from offline, customized reporting to digital, automated approach allowing for self-service, challenge existing processes and drive standardization;
• Can do attitude in case of technical obstacles and flexibility in terms of changing reporting standards – we are looking for proactive attitude and creative solutions;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning systems (e.g. Planful, Oracle tools);
• 5+ years of experience working in a finance function; coupled with diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc-related analyses;
• Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills with familiarity of accounting, financial analysis and reporting;
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business environments;
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-culturally;
• Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
