Role Summary

Lead architecture across Data platforms, AI/ML & Cloud‑Native Analytics Applications‑architected principles

, driving secure, scalable, and compliant digital health solutions. Define reference architectures, govern solution design, and align with modern cloud well architected principles covering security, reliability, performance, cost, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics Architecture

• Establish & Lead enterprise data architecture using Data Architecture Principles of domain ownership, data-as-product, self-serve platform, federated governance. ‑serve platform, federated governance).

• Architect modern Data platforms and design scalable data models (conceptual/logical/physical) aligned with Lakehouse (Bronze→Silver→Gold) and Data Architecture patterns to ensure high‑quality, analytics‑ready data.‑compliant storage and scalable metadata. Optimize analytical workloads across

• Lead ETL/ELT pipeline architecture using cloud‑native patterns for batch and streaming workloads, ensuring data quality, lineage, reliability, and efficient refinement across ingestion layers.

• Implement ACID compliant storage and scalable metadata. Optimize analytical workloads across Snowflake, Redshift, etc. for compliant storage and scalable metadata.

• Build real-time and batch pipelines using proven scalable backbone Messaging infrastructure (Kafka / Rabbit MQ etc.).

• Establish Enterprise Architecture patterns for AI/ML & GenAI platforms, MLOps, feature stores, model governance, and secure/performant deployment aligned with AI/ML

Cloud Applications Architecture

• Establish Reference Architecture & Guide for cloud native applications using microservices, containers, serverless, and event driven patterns; ensure decoupled, scalable architectures using managed services.

• Architect & Guide modernization from monoliths to distributed architecture using system design principles, observability, and reliability practices aligned with cloud reliability guidance.

Security, Privacy & Healthcare Compliance

• Embed HIPAA Security Rule safeguards into cloud and data architectures.

• Align architectures with FDA’s digital health regulatory frameworks and 2025 AI enabled device guidance across the Total Product Lifecycle enabled device guidance across the Total Product Lifecycle ‑enabled device guidance across the Total Product Lifecycle

Leadership & Governance

• Partner with product, clinical, regulatory, and security teams to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and compliance expectations.

• Publish and maintain standardized reference architectures for applications, data, and AI.

• Lead solution architects and cross-functional engineering teams; enforce architectural governance, reviews, and best practices.

• Evaluate, champion & guide adoption of AI Assisted Engineering & Developer Productivity. ‑Assisted Engineering & Developer Productivity

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in software engineering/architecture; deep expertise across cloud, data, and AI stacks.

• Strong experience in streaming (Kafka), interactive analytics, and Lakehouse platforms.

• Proven leadership in defining enterprise architecture strategy and guiding large-scale transformation.
