QA in Process Engineer

Vantive is seeking a proactive and solutions‑driven QA In‑Process Engineer to join our high‑performing team in Swinford. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to quality performance, compliance excellence, and continuous improvement within a world‑class manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will support the achievement of department KPIs, drive quality investigations, collaborate cross‑functionally, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Be Doing

• Achieve and improve department KPIs while supporting broader plant goals with limited supervision.
• Review executed production batch records and provide deviation/batch dispositions.
• Investigate customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective closure of each case.
• Ensure all NCRs/deviations are fully investigated and documented, with appropriate corrective actions implemented.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Make regular decisions that impact product quality, timelines, and/or cost.
• Review, create, and update SOPs, work instructions, and other GMP documentation.
• Work proactively within cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Manage assigned projects and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver results.
• Provide support during regulatory and compliance audits.
• Prepare and present quality management reports to key stakeholders.
