You will serve as a subject matter expert in IAM and PAM, driving architectural decisions, establishing best practices, and delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. - Serve as the technical subject matter expert for PAM capabilities focused on controlling, monitoring, and securing access to critical systems and high-risk identities. (credential security, least-privilege access, session management, identity governance, automation and orchestration, threat detection and response, and risk and compliance management).
- Provide technical mentorship to other IAM engineers, establishing standards, design patterns, and operational best practices.
- Conduct and oversee privileged access risk assessments, driving prioritization and remediation of gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex IAM and PAM related issues.
- Participate in incident response and security incident management activities, assisting in the investigation and resolution of security breaches or access incidents. Monitor PAM systems for suspicious activities and potential security breaches, implementing proactive measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Establish and deliver metrics, reporting, and executive-level visibility into PAM maturity, risk posture, and compliance status.
- Ensure ongoing platform currency and patch management across PAM solutions, maintaining secure, supported, and compliant technology environments.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational readiness for IAM/PAM platforms and processes.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in identity and access management, with a focus on driving Privileged Access Management solutions (including AWS) in enterprise environments.

- In-depth knowledge of identity governance principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner preferred.
