Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day HR Operation processes like Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Exit), Statutory Compliance & Statutory Benefits, Payroll and exit Management etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Exit)
· Hire to Onboarding: Joining formalities, New Hire Induction, Documentation ,Personal files management, Preparing employment contracts and confidentiality agreement g and distribution. Personal File Management, Van launch tool and Creating employee records in HRIS.
· During Employment: Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing employment-related letters (transfer, salary revisions, visa letters),Administering benefits (insurance, NPS, meal cards, Car Lease) Managing leave, Accruals , and employee queries, Supporting HR service requests and escalations and Employee grievance management related to Policies, benefits and Statutory compliances. Payroll Inputs Preparation and Validating output and coordinating with Finance to accurate close the payroll for respective location.
· Exit management: Initiating full & final settlements, Collecting No Dues clearances statements alignment with Employees, uploading bank files for F&F disbursement, releasing experience letters & relieving letters PF transfer/withdrawal support ,Exit interviews data management
2. Statutory Compliance & Statutory Benefits:
· Obtaining, amending, and renewing labor licenses for Bangalore Labs and Office
· Managing contract labor licenses for 20+ contractors, including renewals and amendments.
· Maintaining statutory registers under various labor laws (Shops Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, etc.)
· Ensuring full compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act
· Filing monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns (PF, LWF, Professional Tax)
· Coordinating labor inspections and responding to government notices
· Mitigating noncompliance risks during internal, external, and regulatory audits
· Managing social security and benefits administration (PF, ESI, Gratuity)
· Handling compliance portals and digital record keeping (Lexcomply, PF portal, ESIC portal, tax portals)
· Co-ordinate with vendor to update statutory registers, Filing the returns, Renewal of Licenses, Address employees PF related queries.
3.Vendor Management.(Payroll Vendor, Aparajitha, Sodexho, Insurance, Car lease etc).BSM tool-Vendor registration documentation, Preparation of PO, Authbridge invoice validation, Bills submission, Co ordinating with Vendor .Coupa tool managing.
4.Leave Tool Management: Check all the leaves are crediting correctly, Help employees in Applying leave for the employees who are not able to mark, Canceling the leave ,Downloading the Leave reports. Updating master data- designation, Cost center, Managers etc.
5.NPS and Meal Card: Uploading Empl Details in Sodexo Portal, Creating the Invoice for Payment Handling employees query, Providing the card to the Employees.
6.Other Work: Employees Queries management.(Leave, PF, Sodexho, nps etc), Co ordinating with Finance, Reports. Data Support to Vendors, PF Queries. Background Verifications for employees left.
Qualifications:
• Any Degree with Overall – 8-10 years’ experience
• Workday Working Knowledge and Payroll and leave management tool experience is preferred.
• Competencies in process management, analytical skills & decision-making, and cultural awareness & global application.
• Language preference: English, Hindi
Education and/or Experience:
Any Degree with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in HR operations.
